Discovery Phase

This phase can take place in person or over the phone depending upon budget constraints.

Design Phase

Main page and sub-page comps; along with navigation methods are presented to the client for approval.

Development Phase

Individual web pages and the supporting navigation are constructed and placed in a temporary hosting situation until approved by the client.

Delivery Phase

Once the web pages are completed; the navigation and form pages (like a Contact Us page) are tested and moved to their permanent location. The client is asked to sign off on the delivery of the final site.

Usually companies undertake a redesign because some thing’s not working. Either needed visitors have never shown up or if they are coming; perhaps the problem is they’re not buying, not subscribing, not participating. The first step is the redesign process is to initiate a Website Assessment to better understand the obstacles ahead.

The next step is to take the client through the Web Design process which includes Discovery, Design, Development and Deliver Phases. The client’s existing site is backed up before the new design “goes live”. This switch over usually takes place after a client’s normal business hours to prevent as little disruption to business as possible.

Website Maintenance

Not all companies can afford to have a full-time web person on staff to maintain their web presence. We offer a variety of maintenance plans to fill that gap. We have a full range of specialists on staff to handle any situation that may arise. Most web page changes can be completed within 24-48 business hours. All original files are backed up before the any changes are applied; preventing unnecessary setbacks.
