You need to know what the competition is up to on the Web. Are their websites offering services or products below your pricing structure? Are they launching a new product line that could steal part of your market share?

On the Web you do not have to wonder what the competition is up. You can go to their websites and keep an eye on their activities. You can also see where their sites show up in the search results in reference to your website’s placement for certain key phrases.
